About Little Mannao

Little Mannao is a 4 bedroom villa that can host up to 10 adults plus 2 children, located in a villa compound nestled around the famous rice terraces of Kerobokan. Fully serviced with a private chef, BBQ nights and a full meal menu, plus board games, pool games and kids' essentials — from a baby cot and high chair to kids' meal sets — on hand, it's built for families and groups who want to have fun together. The villa is comprised of three pavilions which exemplify traditional Balinese architecture with their distinctive Joglo style roofs as the signature component. It also is the perfect place for families with children, as 2 of the bedrooms are designed to sleep 2 adults in a king-size bed and up to 2 children in a fold-out sofa-bed.

Bedrooms

The villa has four bedrooms divided in two detached pavilions. Two of these — the master suite and an adjoining twin room — are interconnected, making this pairing ideal for families who want to stay close to young children. Three bedrooms have king-sized beds; the fourth (the interconnected twin room) has twin beds, which can be converted to a king for adult guests. All bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, and two bathrooms have outdoor bathtubs in their private gardens. All bedrooms also open out to the swimming pool and to the garden.

Outdoor Areas

The centerpiece of the property's extensive garden of well-maintained lawn is the 11-meter swimming pool. Immerse yourself in its inviting, crystal-clear waters for some unmindful wading or some splashy play — grab the pool tennis bats or drift on the floating bean bag for some proper poolside fun. From the water, you can lounge on the cushioned, wooden pool beds on the stone deck under the trees, or stretch out on the soft mattress under the shade of the bale at the far end of the swimming pool. Rainy afternoon or lazy evening in, the villa's board games are ready to go.

Indoor Areas

The airy, semi-open and high-ceilinged main pavilion has two living areas. One is fixed indoors, and the other is on the covered terrace extending from the pavilion. Here, on hefty and long or on cushioned, wooden couches, you can all converge for engaging conversation, for the broadcast of the highly-anticipated new episode of the latest blockbuster series, or for a rerun of your most beloved classic movie. The main pavilion also has two dining areas – indoors, with a wooden table good for about eight, dramatically draped and positioned under an arch, as well as alfresco, with a picnic-style table that can accommodate about six. At any of these dining areas, you can all get a taste of authentic local cuisine – as well as international favorites – dished out by the resident chef from the fully-equipped kitchen beside the indoor dining area.

Staff and Services

On duty to deliver the day-to-day services at the villa is a staff composed of a housekeeper, a pool attendant, a gardener and 24-hour security. Meals are a highlight here — our resident chef prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner from an à la carte menu (charged per item), including a BBQ night grilled fresh by the chef and a floating breakfast for a special morning. In addition, a babysitter, a driver, a laundry helper and a spa therapist may be called in upon your request.

Around the Villa

Little Mannao is located in Kerobokan, roughly equidistant between two of Bali's best dining scenes. Just 10 minutes away by car is Seminyak – Bali's bustling beach town. Make your way to the Oberoi District's Eat Street – famous among foodies for its casual to fine-dining restaurants. Must-try places are La Lucciola, Mamasan, Metis and Sarong — Mamasan in particular is a great pick with kids in tow, with its family-style sharing portions, kids' menu and high chairs. Meander around and you'll discover malls, fashion boutiques, novelty shops and souvenir stores, before ending up at Seminyak Beach — find your spot at any of the cozy beach cafes and chill until dusk, or head to Potato Head Beach Club for its poolside daybeds.
Just as close in the other direction is Canggu, equally worth the trip. Finns Beach Club has two dedicated kid-friendly pools and a gelato kiosk, while Milk & Madu in Berawa is a longtime family favorite. When evening comes, feel the pulsating nightlife at bars and clubs like Ku De Ta.
